I am a very keen amateur photographer based in the beautiful North Yorkshire village of Gargrave which is at the foot of the Yorkshire Dales and only an hour from the Lake District.

My main interests are Landscape, Wildlife & Travel Photography although I enjoy all aspects of photography.

Every outing is filled with excitement and anticipation, wondering if I can overcome the challenges of the weather conditions, the light and the terrain and manage to capture any images.

Even if I do not capture any images it’s still great to get out there exploring the outdoors. Being at one with mother nature gives you a great sense of wellbeing and makes you feel alive!
